Privacy Policy

• Captures happen only when you explicitly trigger one, by clicking the extension icon, using the keyboard shortcut, or choosing the right-click capture option.
• All processing happens locally in your browser. Capture, stitching, annotation, analysis, and every export.
• Your most recent captures (up to 10) are stored in your browser's local storage (IndexedDB) so the results tab and the Archive panel can display them. They never leave your device. The oldest capture is deleted automatically when a new one exceeds the limit, and you can delete any capture yourself from the Archive panel at any time. Uninstalling the extension removes all stored captures.
• The extension has no servers, makes no network requests of its own, and transmits no data anywhere.

• activeTab — grants access to the current tab's contents only at the moment you trigger a capture, only for that tab.
• scripting — used to measure the page and scroll it during capture.
• contextMenus — adds the "capture this post" and "capture this scrollable area" items to the right-click menu.
• pageCapture (optional) — requested at runtime, only if you enable the Archive Record's offline-archive feature, to save pages as self-contained files. Never requested at install.
• Host access (optional) — requested at runtime, only if you switch on agent access, so pages can carry the small bridge your agent talks to. Never requested at install, and the agent toggle turns it back off.

Fullsy can take capture instructions from AI agents that work inside your own browser. This is off by default. Nothing about it exists until you switch it on, and switching it on shows a runtime permission prompt.

Agent-initiated captures are processed and stored locally, exactly like every other capture. Each one is marked agent-initiated and filed into a case file you can open, download, and delete at any time. Nothing is transmitted anywhere. The same no-server architecture applies.

Pro license keys are verified entirely on your device using a cryptographic signature check. Activation makes no network request, requires no account, and transmits nothing. Your license key and the email embedded in it are stored locally alongside your captures and are removed when you deactivate or uninstall. The 30-day free trial is tracked by a single timestamp stored on your machine. Nothing about your trial status is transmitted anywhere.

Buying a license is the one time information leaves your device, and only what's needed to sell you a license and deliver it.

• Your email address — collected at checkout so we can send you your license key and receipt and reach you about your purchase. We keep a record of the sale and the key we issued so we can support and renew it. We don't sell it, we don't share it, and we don't use it for marketing without your consent.
• Payment details — handled by Stripe, our payment processor and merchant of record. We never see or store your full card details; Stripe's handling of payment data is governed by Stripe's own privacy policy.
• Email delivery — your license key and receipt are sent through Resend, our email provider, which processes your email address only to deliver that message. Resend's handling is governed by its own privacy policy.

The extension itself stays on-device. None of your captures, browsing, or activity is ever part of this.

If this policy ever changes, the updated version will be posted at this URL with a new "last updated" date.
